Electronic Notification Form
Use this form to initiate Electronic Notification of Statements. An email containing a link to IPASonline will be sent when your daily and monthly transaction activity statements are processed and become available on the Internet. The email(s) will be sent instead of the printed statement.
Additional Account Signup Form
Use this form to open additional IPAIT accounts for your public entity.
IPASonlineTM Authorized Users Form
Use this form to assign new Authorized Users or to change current Authorized Users of IPASonline who will have authority to invest and withdraw available moneys for your public entity.
Change In Bank Form
Use this form to change the bank account information associated with your IPAIT accounts.
